Most orders are shipped within 24 hours after processing. If items are temporarily out of stock, you will be notified accordingly. Orders are processed Monday - Friday. We do not ship C.O.D rates.
Shipping charges are automatically added to orders at check out. Insurance is optional and recommended. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items unless package is insured.Orders qualifying for Free Shipping will be shipped via the most economical means at shippers dicretion.
Orders shipped within Kentucky State are subject to sales tax.
Please note: UPS and FedEx can not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO.

Standard Delivery (ground)
This is the least expensive way we can ship your order. This can be via United Parcel Service (UPS), U.S. Postal Service and FedEx ground service. After processing, shipments will arrive anywhere from 2-6 business days depending upon your location and the carrier.
Standard Overnight Delivery
Shipped via FedEx, UPS Next Day Air Saver or USPS Express Mail. Product will be delivered the next regular business day after order is processed. Orders placed or received after 2:00pm EST will not be processed until the next regular business day. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours after processing. Standard Overnight is next business day (Mon-Fri) delivery by end of the day to most U.S. addresses.
2nd Day Delivery
Shipped via FedEx, UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Express Mail. Product will be delivered the second regular business day after the order is processed. Orders placed or received after 2:00pm EST will not be processed until the next regular business day. 2 Day delivery is in 2 regular business days to most area by end of the second buisness day.
International Orders
Yes! We ship internationally. Add items to your cart for a shipping estimate. We will inform you the shipping charges before proceeding with your order.

Return
We want you to be completely satisfied with the products purchased from e-packs.com. The products we sell are backed by our sincere desire to ensure that you are pleased with whatever you purchased. If you are not, you may return the product anytime within 15 days of purchase and we will gladly replace it, exchange it for another item, or issue credit for the merchandise less S&H.
Please e-mail us at info@e-packs.com for RA# (Return Authorization Number). All items must be returned in new condition in the original packaging as received by you within 14 days of receiving the RA#.
If you return any items from an order that received FREE shipping, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error.
Ship the product via your preferred carried with shipping & insurance cost paid by you. Upon receipt of the product the full purchase price of product less S&H will be returned to you.

Warranty
E-Packs.com guarantees its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase. If such a defect appears during the warranty period,E-Packs.com will repair or replace (at its option) the product without charge. Simply contact us explaining the defect including proof of purchase and we will let you know where to send the product. Naturally this commitment does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse or neglect of the product, or damages by a common carrier.

Order/Shipping Confirmation
When your order has been placed you will receive an order acknowledgement and when the order is shipped from our distribution center you will receive an email to inform you of your order status. At the bottom of the email you will find the tracking number for your package. You will need to allow up to 24 hours after shipment for your tracking number to be activated.
